16-year-old
male presents with right-sided chest pain. The patient was watching TV
when he developed sudden onset of right-sided chest pain. His pain was
worsened with movement and inspiration. His vitals revealed a pulse of
101, RR of 18, pulse Ox of 100% and he was afebrile. His PMH is
unremarkable. Physical exam reveals bilateral and equal breath sounds
