28 month old male presents with a history of no urine output for 36 hours. The patient has a PMH of chronic reflux
nephropathy and underwent surgical correction one year ago. He was admitted one month later with an episode of urinary retention and was found to have a urethral stricture. Father states that the child really has not been eating or drinking much in the past 3 days so he attributed the decreased urine output to dehydration.
