45 year-old male who is visiting from out of town presents with severe midepigastric and right upper quadrant abdominal pain.  The patient has a PMH of alcohol abuse, hepatitis B and chronic pancreatitis.  He tells you that his EMsono Ultrasound Case of the weeksurgeon has mentioned in the past “my gallbladder isn’t right.”  You perform an ultrasound of the patient’s gallbladder…
