Case of the Week - Case # 33

A 54-year-old white female presents with acute vision loss with floater sensation in the right eye.  The patient has a history of hypertension and Emergency Ultrasound Case of the Week 33high cholesterol.  She denies any trauma and is not on any anticoagulants.  You are concerned about the possibility of a detached retina in this patient and you perform an ultrasound.
