58-year-old male presents with nontraumatic right sided pain for the past 2 days.  He points to the midaxillary line starting at @ the 8th Emergency US Case of the weekintercostal space and extending caudal to the infracostal margin. He denies hematuria, fever, chills, n-v-d, fatty food intolerance, chest pain or dyspnea.  His vital signs are stable.  His CBC and BMP are unremarkable and his urinalysis reveals no evidence of hematuria or pyuria.  You are concerned that the patient may have an obstructing ureteral stone on the right.  You perform a focused renal ultrasound and note the following...
