I thought it looked abnormal and I was impressed with the technique decribed on pressing down with the transducer.
Moving the material around shows well.

Thank you for the feedback on this case. Pressing down on a potential abscess is an excellent technique to find more objective data to support an abscess is present. There was no ring of fire on this case. In general the "ring of fire" is used to describe a tubal ring in an ectopic pregnancy. Thanks again for your feedback!
